1. In order to buzz around Membiz World,
click the Go OnLine button.
The Categories window will appear.
2. Select the main category you want
to enter, as shown, then double-click
the desired product category.
Note: you can always switch to a different
category by clicking the Change Category
button.
Once a category is selected by double-clicking it, the Categories window disappears
and the red title indicates the chosen category (see below).

1. The top section lists all OnLine Membees present in the category. One click on a Membee (as shown on the
left) will list several options regarding this Membee: Communication, Viewing the Membees' ID, etc.
2. The middle section lists all the products available in said category, including their status - whether for sale,
to buy, to swap - and other important data. Green products belong to OnLine Membees buzzing around Membiz
World. One click on a product (as shown on the right) offers numerous options: Viewing its details, Contacting its
owner, etc. Grey products belong to OffLine Membees; one click on such product will list four options: Viewing it,
Viewing its owner's ID and viewing its owner's Product List, thus enabling Message Delivery:

List in several ways:
clicking the Product List's title enables alphabetical arrangement (ascending/descending) of the products.
It is also possible to select which geographical regions will be shown, Thus you can easily find products in your
location. Choose the "Filter" option (as shown), and the Location Filter window will appear, allowing you to pick the
requested countries and regions from the list.

Clicking a Membee in the Membiz' Buzz
section (as shown on the right), will list five
options:
- View the Membee's ID
- Chat with the Membee
- Send a Whisper (a private message)

Membiz Browser.
-This button enables sending voice messages for all the OnLine Membees present in the Category.Click and hold the mouse button while speaking into the microphone and release it to send your voice message.

The Membiz Interface includes 4 main topics:

2. My ID - This section controls your
public ID. Clicking the Edit button enables
Membees to edit their public "identity". It is

the products you want to trade. Clicking the
Edit button enables editing the product list,
adding new products, etc. The other two
buttons enable hiding the product list or
the product pages from other Membees, if
desired, and vice versa.
4. Incoming - This section enables filtering
of incoming Chats, incoming Voice Chats or
Incoming Sites, thus preventing their popping
-up while Membiz is operating. A click on the
Chats, Voice Chats or Sites will switch
into (No Entrance) and vice versa

- The Browse Navigator
- shown above on the right - enables quick access to the
Membiz HomePage's different sections. Clicking
will open
the browsing options list.
One click on the desired option will bring it to view in the Membiz Browser.
Controlling Membiz' Appearance
The Membiz interface can be changed for your convenience, as shown below. Clicking the side handles will change
the cursor's shape, then dragging it will resize the section's size. A click on the bee enables control of the following:
Sound effects, windows' arrangement, grids' view, and also enables instant browsing of Membiz HomePage,
reading about Membiz Ltd. and opening the Membiz Step-By-Step Guide.

This section controls each Membee's
public "identity". One click on the Edit
button opens the ID form in which you
fill in your personal details.
Only the two fields marked by
are obligatory: nickname and country.
It is possible to hide My ID from other
Membees by clicking the show button and
switching the

This section will show how easy it is to offer products in Membiz World...
window and then choosing the Edit option
(as shown on the right) will open the
Product List Editor.
Note: It is possible to hide your Product
List and Product Pages from other
Membees by clicking the show buttons

- The Product List Editor
- You can either add new products to your list or modify any of the existing products' attributes.
- Using the Product List Editor you can quickly build in seconds Product Pages for all the items
you offer in Membiz World.
Offering a New Product
In order to offer a new item ("product"), click the left button on the top, as shown.
The Product's Properties Window will appear.
In the Product's Properties Window you can determine every detail concerning the product:
-Insert the product's name as to be viewed by other Membees.
-Click the button to select the corresponding category.
-Click the button to pick your product's location using the Location Manager.
-Select the product's status: To Buy, For Sale, etc.
-Insert the product's price, e.g: $20 or "Flexible". Click the arrow to select coin.
-To link a website to the product, enter its address here.
-The product will not be visible to other Membees unless you mark this checkbox.Note: you can always click the Help tool on the right corner and then select the field in question:
In addition, you can build a page for the product:
Building a Product Page
Here you can build an exhibition page for the product ("A Product Page"):
Now, just fill in the details and the Product Page will actually build itself (you can notice it behind the active window).
-Insert the page's title, e.g: A BEAUTIFUL 1978 SUBARU .
-Select a picture for the product, either Gif or Jpg. Click Remove to remove it.
-Insert any aditional details, such as payment possibilities, phone numbers, etc.
-Insert an E-mail address for your potential customers.Click Import to use the E-mail address from your ID file.
Finally, Click OK to close the Product's Properties window.
The new product will be automatically added to your product list. You will see its page in the window's lower section.
Note: Press
to update the Membiz' server. Otherwise, the new product won't be visible to other Membees,and will remain red in your list, indicating it should be updated:
Editing an Existing Product
In order to change or update certain details of a product which is already in your list - right-click it as shown below,
and either:
Choose Delete to delete the product from your list.
Choose Properties to open the Product's Properties window, where you can change all the product's details.
Note: Press
to update the Membiz' server. Otherwise, the changes you have made will remaininvalid, and the product you have changed will appear red in your list.
A product marked in green means it is public, therefor visible for all Membees. Clicking the checkbox on the left
(as shown below) will make the product invisible to others, existing only in your list.
in red, indicating the Membiz' server should be updated.
A product in black and white is a product which is visible to you
only, and not to other Membees, as its checkbox isn't marked.

The Membiz Visitors' Info is an important tool which provides each Membee statistics regarding the
number of times that his/her products and ID were viewed by other Membees.
One click on the View button in the Membiz
main window reveals the Visitors' Info button.
Clicking it will open the Visitors' Info window,
as shown on the right.
The Visitors' Info window contains
3 sections:
1. My ID Visitors - This section lists
all the Membees that viewed your ID.
2. My Product List Visitors - This
section lists all the Membees that viewed your
Product List (which lists all the products you
offer to buy or sell).
3. My Products' Visitors - This
section lists all the Membees that viewed
your products' pages (which you built using
the Membiz Product Builder).
It is possible to hide these three subjects by:
a. Click the button belonging to the section
you want to hide (or reveal).
b. Click the Show buttons to turn the
into and vice versa.
In order to keep the Visitors' Info Window
always open ontop - Click the pin as shown
Clicking the Graph button in each section will open the Visitors' Statistics window. This window displays
the list of Membees who viewed your products and/or ID, in forms of graphs and bars.
As shown above, the graph displays the date your products were viewed, and by whom. Clicking the Bar
button will change the display to bar mode (see picture). Choosing a visitor's name will point out the exact
date of that Membee's "visit" at your Product List, by popping-up a sign saying "Was Here".
In order to view points on the graph, the cursor should be pointed at the point. A line showing the date and the
number of visits will appear, as shown.
Membiz enables you to contact Membees who viewed your products: Just click the Membee's name
(shown below) and you can either send him/her a message (voice or text), or view his/her ID:

Whenever you are OffLine, Membiz enables other Membees to leave you either text or voice messages.
Your Messages Center will list all the messages you received. (click to learn more about sending messages)
Note: you can save unlimited messages.
When you receive new messages - Membiz will notify you by a flashing title:
- Click the View and Messages buttons in the Membiz' main window to open the Messages Center.
- Your messages will then be imported from the Membiz Server. This might take a few seconds.
- The newest messages will appear on top. New messages will be marked by
. - Each message will be marked by
or 
, indicating its type (voice or text). - In order to hear or read a message - just click it, as shown below:
- Clicking a message will cause two events:
1. The message will appear in the lower section (voice messages will be heard through the speakers).
2. Two options will appear - View ID and Send Message, which you may use to reply. - When your Messages Center window is open, you can still receive new messages from other
Membees. Click the Check button to refresh your window. - To delete a message - click the box on its left to select it, then click the Delete Selected button.
